Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur district has been divided into 3 Sub divisional office and 3 Janpad Office. Sub-divisional office has SDM and Janpad office has CEO as executive Officer. Sub Divisional Officer / magistrate (SDO/SDM) looks after revenue related work in division and also hears revenue related case that comes from tehsil under his subdivision. He also responsible for providing disaster management related help in its subdivision Chief Executive Officer (CEO) janpad look after development activity in panchayat and villages . He implement many scheme of Central Government or State Government in panchayat and village level
